The wedding client journey from beginning to end

Create a system to give your wedding clients an experience that we call the customer journey

Description

The wedding client journey from beginning to end (2 hours)

Celebrants are endlessly fascinated by how other celebrants work with their clients. This fascination may stem from wanting to improve their own practice or from wanting to reassure themselves that they are content with the way they are currently operating. This topic will examine several different client journeys and their pros and cons, and provide participants with the opportunity to reflect on their own practice and decide if they would like to make any changes.
